Did you know that 58% of job seekers in the U.S. indicated that company culture was more important than salary? In fact, 3 in 5 Americans would take a 50% pay cut for a job they loved. Yet studies indicate nearly half of all employees are dissatisfied with their organization’s culture. Our goal is to change that, one organization at a time.
We unlock the potential of your team by creating a work environment that they’re proud to be a part of. Through strategy design, comprehensive coaching, and leadership development, we maximize your team’s success rate and minimize job turnover costs. Job turnover in companies with rich company cultures can be 3x lower than those with unhealthy cultures. Further evidence shows the correlation between employee happiness and company profitability.
